How do you maintain privacy and security?
Safety, privacy, and security were our top priorities when designing Hiro Stories Medical and its partner app, Hiro Stories. The entire experience takes place locally on your device, ensuring that you remain in full control of your image. Hiro Stories Medical does not process or store any images off your device. In fact, each time a new story begins or the application is reopened, all images are automatically cleared from the app’s memory.

Additionally, Hiro Stories Medical will never ask you for an personal identification information (name, email address, etc...).

What devices can the app be used on?
Hiro Stories Medical is currently designed for Apple devices and can be used on iPads, iPhones, and newer Mac computers with Apple Silicon chips. For the best experience, please ensure your device’s software is up to date.
We hope to support Android devices in the near future.
What ages are the stories designed for?
Our stories are written for kids ages 3 to 12 but the information in each story is relevant and accurate no matter the age of the patient.
